LOCATION: Cookville, Tennessee
INCIDENT: Last night a Bureau controlled satellite detected two Kirlian spikes somewhere within the town of Cookeville.
The first spike appears to be of otherworldly origin with possible psionic echoes. The second spike has R&D baffled, it occurred 8
minutes after the first spike, but the readings were unlike anything the sensors have ever detected before. The initial readings
were contradictory and were run through a Kirlian spectrographic conversion, this yielded aura traces of turquoise, violet,
tan, and magenta none of which have any known kirlian correlation. Since the initial spikes occured the Bureau satellite
(which is in geo-synchronous orbit) has been taking readings on the town every hour. The unexplainable readings faded after
the 2nd spike but now, 12 hours later, have returned and are growing stronger.
So far no unusual reports have come from the town but it has only been 3 hours since the odd spikes have returned. There is still time to
investigate and control the situation.
Something odd is loose in Cookeville, investigate and deal with it as necessary.
