Strange and Unusual Gear

The Atlantean Helm
Can I see you? Yeah I can... I also see the invisible guy behind you with the axe!
Made by the long lost Atlanteans this corinthian style helm grants its wearer the ability to see in anything but total darkness, as well as see auras and see though simple illusions and inivisiblilty spells.

The Halting Cape
Hey! I can see my house from here!
Another Atlantean item this remarkable cape has the unusual abilty to halt its wearer if he falls more than one foot. The cape does not allow the wearer to fly, nor does it allow him to ascend.
It does allow the wearer to drift downward at whatever speed the wearer desires. Note that the cape requires the wearer to want to stop. Thus it cannot be wrapped around an object and used to hold items suspended in the air.

The Pachyderm Ring
The Pachyderm is also an Atlantean item. This ebony and gold ring enpowers its wearer with the strength and stamina of an elephant, while at the same time causing him to lumber and slows his thinking.
The ring, when worn for at least 1 hour, grants a +4 to STR and +4 CON, but lowers AGI by 5 and WIS by 3.

The Golden Glove of Fortune
A glove of unknown origin, this left handed glove is made of a corduroy-like golden material which never seems to stain or wrinkle. When worn the glove grants it wearer magnificent luck (+10 to LUCK) in regards to any actions relating to money (gambling, negotiating deals, ect) but upon removal the user loses a point of CON and 2 points of LUCK permanently.
This glove has been linked to the legedary figure King Midas as well as several of the recent super-jackpot lottery winners before it was obtained by the Bureau. Its use must be carefully monitored.

The Glittering Glove of Fame
Another supernatural glove, this right handed glove is made of silk and embroidered with hundreds of sequins.
When worn while giving any kind of performance those who view the performance become entranced and believe the performance to be exceptional
regardless of the actual level of talent displayed. While wearing the glove the performer gains 10 CRZ and heavy bonuses on any reaction checks
but upon removing the glove the wearer loses 1 point of CRZ and 1 point of CON permanently.
The last owner of this glove didn't know when to quit and has suffered from a debilitating disease brought on by a weakened immune system. Magic such as this is not to be use frequently as he discovered.
