"You smell like a mage. What flavor are you?"

The vampire known as "Izzy" was first discovered by Team Stonewall in 1953. Izzy lives in the sewers of New York City and hasn't left those sewers in over 20 years. Since being recruited by the Bureau, he has proved himself to be a useful information gatherer. The Bureau ,in return for his assistance, drops him a pint of blood every three days. If any team needs information concerning the whos, wheres, and whats of New York City, Izzy's the... "man" to contact. Once contacted, he will give the agents the location of a manhole that they are to enter. Be warned - do not try and talk him into leaving the sewers as he has extreme photophobia. He will not be in the open even at night, so he stays underground. Be prepared to pay for the more obscure information in the form of the blood from a mage or Psionic, as these are his favorite "flavors."
