1. Subject
The Sword of Time is a magical weapon of unusual properties.
2. Item
This vicious looking blade is enchanted with powerful magics that alter the flow of time around the blade.
The sword's creator, Hienrick Von Tuffle, was a mage obsessed with Time and convinced that he was being stalked by
creatures outside the normal time stream. The sword was created by him to fight these supposed foes. Von Tuffle vanished
without a trace in 1975 and the only source of information about him is his diary which was found by Team Lemming along
with the sword, both were discovered in the trunk of an abandoned 1957 Chevy in a junkyard in South Dakota. The Bureau
has no records of Von Tuffle, nor are there any records with any other government agency.
3. Powers
The swords magical nature is unusual in that it causes no harm whatsoever to mundane humans and animals.
It only affects creatures that are supernatural or paranormal in nature. If a supernatural or paranormal
being attempts to use the weapon they are slowed to žth normal speed so long as they are holding the sword
(as well as being unable to invoke any of its powers). In the hands of a mundane wielder its true powers can be brought
to the surface.
The sword grants the wielder first strike ability (i.e. always has the first attack opportunity) and allows the wielder
to strike last as well (thus 2 attacks per round minimum).
Upon striking a normal creature the blade passes harmlessly through the creature, if it strikes a supernatural or
paranormal creature it inflicts full damage as well as ageing the creature.
As it ages creatures, the sword builds up a charge of power, a slight humming can be heard when it gains a full charge.
This charge of power allows the wielder to invoke the sword's power to change the wielders own age or to undo some physical
effect that has happened to the wielder.
Any creatures that are nonphysical in nature are severely damaged by the blade (taking double damage) as well as being
drained of some of their energy by the blade.

5. Recommended Action
Further study. If any agent has information concerning the Sword of Time or Von Tuffle, he or she
should notify Bureau R&D as soon as possible.
