Bureau Issue Vampire Kit

This "kit" was designed by agents of Team Tomahawk after an all-night battle against a horde of these pesky undead. The Bureau Issue Vampire Kit is contained in a small briefcase. The outer layer of the case is made of steel (and is considered to be rated as Light Metal for armor values). Inside the case the agents will find:

2 garlic-filled collars with Velcro® straps for easy adjustment. These collars are designed to ward off any vampires who get within biting distance (and any civilians who get within sniffing distance as well).
2 wooden stakes which are 13 inches long and are blessed items
1 miniature sledge hammer with a 4.5 pound head, suitable for driving stakes into an opponent's chest.
1 small hand mirror used to confirm vampiric status of your opponent, this must be confirmed prior to staking (God help you if you spike a civilian by mistake)!
6 small vials of holy water to be used in the same fashion as grenades.
1 cork-gag to be used in restraining the fangs of any vampire you wish to hold for questioning.
1 snub-nosed pistol (.38 calibre) with 6 wood-tipped bullets.
2 blessed crosses to be used in repelling undead (or as stakes in a pinch).
1 Holy Bible (or Koran, Book of Mormon, etc. Please specify religion when requisitioning) to be used in the same fashion as crosses.
12 holy wafers to be stuffed in the mouth of a vampire to prevent him from rising from the dead again.
1 can of lighter fluid and a pack of waterproof matches, to be used in evidence dispersal.
