1. Subject
This document describes the powers of the artifacts known as a Elemental Wands. These items were confiscated by (CLASSIFIED) while on the mission designated (CLASSIFIED) in (CLASSIFIED).

2. Item
This items are described as being made of a polished and carved oak, topped with a crystal of a type that most resembles the element that it represents:

The Earth Wand has a large uncut diamond tip

The Air wand is made with a clear quartz crystal that has had a swirling "air" pattern etched into its surface

The Fire wand has a red topaz which has been cut to resemble a flame

The Water wand has a large aquamarine which has been polished smooth

Each wand shaft has been carved with designes corresponding to its elemental type. The wands are all 12 inches in length and each has been enchanted to enhance spells of the corresponding 'mancy.

3. Powers
Each wand improves the wielders ability in the coresponding type of elemental magic (+5%) and most interestingly, each wand functions as non-expendable component (i.e. a spell caster with the wand needs no components for any spells in the wands baliwick).

4. Present Owner
The only known elemental wands are currently being studied by the Bureau R&D department. Should any agents find additional wands, they are instructed to turn them over to the Bureau for testing.

5. Recommended Action
Collection and study of as many wands as possible.
