INCIDENT: Once again the Brotherhood of Darkness Inc. is out to ruin Christmas by attacking the headman himself, Santa Claus

Word has leaked to the Bureau that the Brotherhood will attempt to capture or kill Claus sometime during the night.
The Bureau has managed to access a list of recent Brotherhood acquisitions and suspected bases of operations.
Your team is assigned to investigate the newly finished Clarktown Heights apartment complex located on 3rd Avenue Northwest.
The Brotherhood owns the company that was contracted to build the structures and may have made "modifications" that the
tenants are unaware of.
